| All children attending are provided with
a freshly cooked, hot and substantial meal at midday. High
Tea is provided for those children attending after 4.00pm.
Dietary requirements can be considered. The costs of meals
are included in the fees. We do not as a rule provide breakfast for children over two years of age. However, there is a small breakfast club with limited spaces attendees are charged a small additional sum for this which is added to the monthly bill.
Three sessions to start if child is aged two, increasing to
five as soon as possible.
Age three and over: five sessions. Preference will be given
to children needing full time care.
A fee of £40 is payable when an application is submitted.
A non-returnable deposit is required on confirmation of a
place, approximately 8 weeks before starting date. The deposit
is refunded against your first full month’s fee.
Full Time: £100.00
Part Time: £50.00
Additional hours may be booked by prior arrangement. It is important that children are collected
no later than the stated times. Parents knowing that they
will be late are requested to telephone the nursery. Childcare
without agreement will be charged at a minimum of £9.00
per quarter hour or part thereof at the discretion of the
management.
A discount of 10% is allowed against the monthly total of
two or more children from the same family when booking the
same childcare periods at the discretion of the Manager.
Fees are invoiced monthly and are payable in advance on the
1st day of each month. All child care vouchers are accepted for payments balances may be made by cheque payable to Little Echoes. Cheques are preferred and should be
made payable to Little Echoes. Fees are charged throughout
the year at the same rate each month. Please note that fees
cannot be refunded should your child be absent because of
illness or for any other reason. Any accounts unpaid after
the 15th day of the month will incur a surcharge of 12.5%.
We require a minimum of 8 weeks notice in writing
of termination of your childcare place. Failure to do so will
incur a charge equivalent to 8 weeks usage.
